Brown & Newirth have recently launched a ring Concierge service where up to three rings can be ordered free of charge to try from the comfort and safety of your own home.
With the huge shifts throughout 2020 in consumers moving online to communicate, browse and shop, the jewellery sector has followed suit. An industry built upon deeply held values, handcraftsmanship and tradition it’s often one of the last to follow the trend but technological developments has seen companies quickly adapting, with Brown & Newirth launching a full virtual boutique with online appointments to the Try Before You Buy service!
It’s as simple as 1, 2, 3…
1. Browse the collections and select ‘Try Before You Buy’ on the product page to add to your ‘cart’ and complete your free sample order.
2. Try on and test drive your ordered samples for a few days after receiving them first class in recycled and recyclable packaging.
3. Buy through your closest stockist who we’ll put you straight in touch with your closest stockist to fulfil your order once you’ve chosen your perfect ring and reposted the samples back into any post box with the return stamp included.
Sustainability has been at the core of the development of the service with the amount of packaging and size considered down to the recycled materials the discrete yet decadent box is made from and it being recyclable once more after returning.
What does this mean for our boutiques ?
From our stockists perspective this service can overcome the hurdles set up by store closures through lockdown and government led restrictions as they can order on behalf of clientele to have rings sent directly to their doors.
All orders are then directed straight back to the closest stockist to the recipient of the concierge order to support local businesses and ultimately – our boutiques have been selected for their exceptional customer service which we are delighted to promote.
“Invaluable, especially in the current climate; concierge has delivered a real step forward in the range of services we can offer the consumer and is already delivering sales we may otherwise not have enjoyed”
