Tender Loving Care Guarantee
In order to deliver our manufacturers guarantee we extend the information we collect to include your address, purchase information, email address and services used. We may also keep records of conversations and agreements to offer improve the service we offer to consumers. We will retain all data relating to our Tender Loving Care Guarantee for a period of 5 years following our last contact with you. We will contact you on an annual basis to check that you are still happy for us to hold your data for the purposes of our TLC guarantee. This policy is reviewed on an annual basis.
Brown & Newirth Rewards
We use an approved third party supplier to deliver our Rewards programme to retailers. We will never share your data with anyone else other than our approved supplier. Signing up to our rewards scheme confirms your agreement.
You are under no statutory or contractual requirement or obligation to provide us with your personal information; however we require at least the information above in order for us to deal with you as a prospect or customer in an efficient and effective manner.
The legal basis for processing your data is based on your specific consent that we will have at the point the information was initially provided, therefore we will not store, process or transfer your data outside the parties detailed above unless we have an appropriate lawful reason to do so.
